Rolando Arango, RMT
Hailing from Cuba, Rolando studied Engineering in Russia before training as a Rehabilitation Therapist in 1995. He worked in Argentina for several years focusing on clients with Down syndrome, strokes, and other orthopedic and neurological conditions. Before joining Corpus Sanus he spent 4 years with the Dundas Street Rehabilitation Centre in Mississauga as part of their team of physical and occupational therapists. His interest in bio-mechanics led him to train as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2004, and he has been studying Applied Kinesiology with Lester Ponce since 2006.
As a multi-disciplinary therapist, his treatments include manual muscle testing, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and bio-mechanical analysis. Rolando is particularly interested in the science-based approach of bio-mechanics because he feels it gives his clients a better understanding of how their bodies function, which enhances self-awareness and increases the healing process.
In addition to his work in the clinic, Rolando is also available for home visits.

Angela Petkovic, RMT
Angela came to massage by way of dance. She is a graduate of the 3-year professional training program at The School of the Toronto Dance Theatre. It was during her years as a dancer that she discovered that massage came second nature to her. She decided to unite intuition with education and graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2006.
Her treatment approach is dedicated to the needs and goals of her client. Using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, sport massage, NISA (Neurostructural Integration and Structural Alignment), as well as techniques like muscle testing, gait analysis, injury recall technique and neuro-structural bodywork (that she has learned with Lester's guidance), she can focus on the issue at hand whether that be trauma and injury recovery, athletic achievement, stress reduction or chronic pain.
She strongly believes in helping to empower her clients to achieve optimal health so teaching self-care is a very integral part of the treatment and will aid in speeding up recovery time and maintaining health when recovery has been achieved.
Angela also loves to work with women doing pre-natal and post pregnancy massage.
Marra Saltmarche, RMT
Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity ~ Hippocrates
Marra’s passion for learning about whole-body, holistic healing practices began while supporting a family member through a terminal illness. Through the experience of seeking consultation from experts in many fields Marra realized that health and well-being is comprised of a multitude of complex and interconnected factors, and that, most of all, healing comes from within.
Following several years of independent study of the human body and various philosophies of healing while working as an administrator at an alternative health clinic, Marra pursued and completed her RMT degree at the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto.
Central to Marra’s philosophy as a therapist is the concept of ‘whole body nourishment’. In her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist, Marra uses a holistic, multi-modal approach to explore and assess the underlying causes of her clients’ concerns. Marra incorporates both hands-on treatment and individualized education programs into her therapy practice in order to support her clients to address their specific treatment goals, often integrating elements of movement and exercise, nutrition, and self-care practices.
Marra is also an experienced workshop facilitator, and sees great healing potential in the collaboration and learning offered within group settings.
