24 Hour Appointment Change/Cancellation Policy
Effective July 12, 2010 you must speak with the receptionist if you wish to cancel an appointment. Changes or cancellations will not be accepted by voice mail or email.
Reminder calls or emails for all appointments are made prior to appointments. In order to ensure you receive these reminders, please update your information with the receptionist to ensure we have the best number to contact you during the day.
Please note these calls are courtesy calls and cancellation charges will apply for no shows or failure to cancel within the prescribed time, regardless of whether or not we were able to contact you.
