24 Hour Appointment Change/Cancellation Policy
Effective July 12, 2010, you must speak to reception if you wish to cancel an appointment - changes or cancellations will not be accepted by voice mail or email.
Reminder calls for all appointments are made 2 business days prior to appointments. In order to ensure you receive these reminders please update your information with reception with the best number to contact you during the day. Please note that these calls are courtesy calls and cancellation charges will apply for no shows or failure to cancel within the prescribed time regardless of whether or not we were able to contact you.
