Ian Mason, R.M.T.
Ian is in his fifth year of practice as an RMT since graduating from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage and Teaching Clinic. While studying massage, his focus was on the treatment and care of patients with neurological disorders such as MS, cerebral palsy and the many biomechanical dysfunctions that can be present with these disorders.
Since being in practice, Ian has had the opportunity to learn from Marc Snow, D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy), Christopher Astill-Smith, D.O. and to work side by side with Lester Ponce since March, 2009. As a result, his treatments have become well-rounded including a range of techniques such as: Manual Muscle Testing, In-depth biomechanical analysis, gait assessment/correction, meridian assessment, myofascial correction techniques as well as traditional massage techniques.
Ian's studies are now focused around nutrition and biochemistry. He is currently enrolled in the Clinical Nutrition Program with the British School of Homeopathy and upon completion will be offering a variety of nutrition based treatments.

Angela Petkovic, R.M.T.
Angela came to massage by way of dance. She is a graduate of the 3 year professional training program at The School of the Toronto Dance Theatre. It was during her years as a dancer that she discovered that massage came second nature to her. She decided to unite intuition with education and graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2006.
Her treatment approach is dedicated to the needs and goals of her client. Using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, sport massage, NISA (Neurostructural Integration and Structural Alignment) as well as techniques like muscle testing, gait analysis, injury recall technique and neuro-structural bodywork (that she has learned with Lester's guidance) she can focus on the issue at hand whether that be trauma and injury recovery, athletic achievement, stress reduction or chronic pain.
She strongly believes in helping to empower her clients to achieve optimal health so teaching self-care is a very integral part of the treatment and will aid in speeding up recovery time and maintaining health when recovery has been achieved.
Angela also love to work with women doing pre-natal and post pregnancy massage.
Lester Ponce, MKin, NASM
Lester was born in Havana, Cuba. His interest in sports began at an early age as a National Diving Champion and later on as a member of the Cuban National Water Polo team, participating in the National Games and in International tournaments, including the Central Americal Games.
Lester studied at the University of Havana from 1994 to 2000. In 1997, Lester was invited to study Sports Marketing at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 2000 he returned to Cuba and graduated from the University of Havana with a Masters degree in Kinesiology.
In 2002 Lester became involved in an apprenticeship program in Toronto which included the study of Bio-Mechanics, Applied Kinesiology and The Resistance Training Specialist Certification Program.
In January 2003 after completing his apprenticeship program, Lester began attending advanced courses in Applied Kinesiology with Dr. David Leaf, Chairman of the ICAK, Doctor for the New England Patriots (NFL) and AC Milan of the Italian League. In addition, Lester attended courses in Advanced Functional Biochemistry with Dr. Chris Astill-Smith of London, England, which he continues to attend on a regular basis.
Treatments have included those with sports injuries to difficult cases. Lester has helped many people where others have not been successful.
