Resistance Training Exercise Class

This semi-private 60 minute class integrates elements of resistance training, isometric exercises and active stretches in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

The class is taught by Angela Petkovic, RMT, a member of the Corpus Sanus team and former dancer, who graduated in 1999 from the School of the Toronto Dance Theatre Professional Training Program.  Incorporating her background in dance and her expertise as an RMT, Angela will guide you through a series of mat and tubing exercises for an efficient and effective workout.

Class Size - Maximum 5 people

Per class - $25 plus gst

Package of 5 classes - $112.50 plus gst

Package of 10 classes - $200 plus gst
